An international telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers across different countries. The primary goal is to generate leads, provide customer support, and promote the company's products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calls:
a. Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products or services.
b. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
2. Customer support:
a. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
b. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
3. Sales and lead generation:
a. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
b. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
4. Data management:
a. Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
b. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
5. Market research:
a. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
6. Reporting:
a. Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.
b. Analyze call data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
