Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential research participants and effectively communicate the purpose of the study.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and responses received using MS-Excel.
3. Ensure high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with respondents.
4. Collaborate with the research team to gather feedback and insights from respondents.
5. Handle objections and queries from participants in a timely and effective manner.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while conducting outreach activities.
7. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and participant recruitment.
