1. Manage installations, upgrades, training, and configurations of in-house and 3rd party software and hardware to our customers.
2. Research and identify solutions to software, hardware, and network issues.
3. The first level of contact is to understand the client's requirements, issues and provide solutions and support to the customers.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely or at the site. Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat.
5. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time and ensure all issues are properly logged.
6. Coordinating with internal teams and providing prompt and accurate feedback.
7. Properly and timely escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
8. Ensure solutions are secure, consistent, and reliable for production setup.
9. Contribute to the technical knowledge base and documentation of issues/solutions/ Findings.
