Sports Venue Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with sports facility owners and its staff.
2. Be responsible for the infrastructure of a sports facility and report to the manager in a timely manner, plus be responsible for working with partners for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
3. Ensure hygiene is top class and all utilities (water, electricity, etc) are properly functioning.
4. Talk to customers, answer customer queries, and create a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers.
5. Develop expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations (Hudle app, Sling, Slack).
6. Ensure branding is installed well and enhances the ambiance of the facility.
7. Ensure equipment is readily available for the customers.
8. Work with the managers directly to implement policies and follow them.
9. Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
