Social Media Specialist Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate important project details and delegate tasks effectively to team members. (Graphic designer, social media strategist, video editor, etc)
2. Oversee project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
3. Monitor team productivity, ensuring deadlines, targets, and deliverables are met with high quality
4. Work with the videographer/ photographer and models on shoot days to get the best output for clients
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and managing their expectations
6. Solicit feedback from clients and address any concerns promptly with team members to maintain strong relationships
7. Develop project plans, timelines, and briefs, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and goals
8. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively
9. Organize and manage the social media database for all clients, ensuring easy
accessibility of necessary information.
10. Ensure timely completion of monthly projects, aligning with client payment cycles and deadlines
11. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to continuously improve our social media efforts
12. Take ownership of campaigns, working cross-functionally to create and launch successful social media campaigns
13. Scheduling of content for clients

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience in client servicing, project management, or client communications
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities
5. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
