Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
2. Manage all social media platforms, including Meta, to create compelling content and engage with our audience.
3. Utilize Facebook marketing and Ads to drive traffic and generate leads.
4. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
8. Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal community.
9. Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights.

1. Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and deep knowledge of running paid social campaigns.
3. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
4. Strong copywriting skills for social content creation.
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple social accounts simultaneously.
6. Experience with social media scheduling tools
