About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Inward inventory management including GRNs
2. Improve inventory turns & analyze inventory data to decide the optimum level of inventories
3. Improve retail sales by cross-selling, customer connect

Compensation and benefits:

Requirements

1. previous similar experience/ B.Com/ BBA/ MBA with minimum 0-2 years of work experience; Basic knowledge of essential software including inventory management, advanced Excel, etc.

2. Decent communication, discipline, self-motivation with leadership skills. Innovative/positive mindset, and problem-solving skills, the person who has worked in inventory management/ retail sales in FMCG or big retail stores in the past will be preferred.

3. Willingness to sell & passion for customer satisfaction, good at building customer connect

4. Previous Sports background will be an added advantage
