Sales And Marketing Associate Fresher Job

Sales support & execution:
i. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients for our Shopify and Odoo services.
ii. Support lead generation efforts through market research, identifying potential clients, and initiating contact.
iii. Participate in client meetings and presentations, helping to communicate the value of our services.
iv. Work towards achieving sales targets by contributing to the overall sales process.
2. Pre-sales & proposal preparation:
i. Assist in the preparation of detailed and customized proposals for potential clients, outlining our services, approach, and pricing.
ii. Work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements and translate them into comprehensive proposals.
iii. Contribute to pre-sales activities by gathering client requirements, answering queries, and providing information about our offerings.
iv. Prepare presentations and sales materials to support the sales team during client engagements.
3. Marketing strategy & execution:
i. Collaborate in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our services.
ii. Assist in content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials, to engage and attract potential clients.
iii. Help manage digital marketing efforts such as SEO, PPC, and email campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
iv. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
4. Client relationship management:
i. Support client communication, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through project completion.
ii. Assist in addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
iv. Participate in regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional services.
5. Learning and collaboration:
i. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in sales and marketing strategies.
ii. Collaborate with the technical team to understand our service offerings and contribute to effectively marketing these services.
