1. Research and write papers, documents, blogs, etc. contributing to or developing the key areas of CDF s work
2. Research and write for suitable grants and applications
3. Drive assigned community building and related initiatives
4. Autonomously own and drive multiple CDF approaches including research, conceptualization, planning, communications, stakeholder management, implementation, and end-to-end documentation of projects and initiatives
5. Reach out, partner, and coordinate with stakeholders NGOs, educational institutions, government bodies, and businesses to further expand CDF s programs
6. Update documents that track the progress and delivery of programs
7. Stay up-to-date with developments in the digital technologies space and their interactions with society
8. Consistently strive to deliver towards CDF s goals and commitment to the society
Citizen Digital Foundation (CDF) is a non-profit organisation based in Trivandrum, Kerala, dedicated to promoting safe and responsible navigation and innovation in the digital ecosystem. CDF works to influence systems changes to maximise the advantages and minimise the harms of existing and emerging digital technologies. CDF's work addresses issues related to digital distraction, online child safety, attention-harvesting, subconscious behaviour manipulation, mis/disinformation, polarisation, and teenage mental health through interventions, consultancy, and advisory services for various stakeholders such as students, educators, parents, media, corporates, technologists, entrepreneurs and policymakers, and other government entities.
