2. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Communicate effectively with candidates to provide necessary information and guidance throughout the recruitment process
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
6. Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents
7. Assist in promoting the employer brand through various channels, including social media and networking events
8. Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role preferred
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
6. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
7. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
