Graphic Designer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Design visually stunning and innovative graphics for various projects, including marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms, that reflect the unique brand identity of That's No Moon company.
2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas.
3. Utilize expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling designs that captivate and engage the target audience.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our visual communications.
5. Ensure all designs are of high quality, meet brand guidelines, and are delivered within tight deadlines.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project goals and expectations.
7. Communicate and present design concepts clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs for ultimate client satisfaction.

Application process:

1. We will review & shortlist resumes.
2. Shortlisted candidates will have a quick introductory phone call and will be assigned a design task. Shortlisted candidates are expected to complete the task in 72 hours.
3. Based on the quality of design, we will proceed to a full interview round and choose candidates.
4. Selected candidates will be given an offer with a 3-month probation period.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must have a PC/laptop with power backup & all necessary software.
2. Candidates must share their design portfolio. Please ensure you have given open access to any links as we do not want to wait for access.
3. Candidates must be able to communicate in English.
