We are looking for full stack JavaScript developer to develop intelligent recruiting software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to continuous innovation by helping build new product capabilities.
2. Help create algorithms & automations for various use cases in recruiting.
3. Strengthen and scale backend engines for as search, analytics, reporting, caching, etc.
4. Improve performance & user experience of backend and front end systems.
5. Optimise design & code for performance & scalability.
6. Write reusable & maintainable code.
7. Work closely with Product Manager & rest of the tech team.
8. Respond quickly to customer service issues.
9. Hands on with deployment & AWS.
10. Be available for live issues and contribute to maintaining application uptime.
1. Must have projects/experience in MERN stack.
2. Must be actively solving DSA questions in C/C++.
3. Should be from Btech/BE CS/IT background 2024 batch.
5. Comfort level with few technologies of a modern stack such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, etc.
