Data Operations Associate (NLP/AI) Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Studying the requirements and workflow of chatbots and understanding all use cases and user intents
2. Working with the development team to understand the structure of the assigned chatbot, user intents, FAQs, and knowledge base, and interacting with/testing the chatbots
3. Reviewing and analyzing failed or mismatched customer phrases that the chatbot was not able to process and providing appropriate recommendations for expected results
4. Annotating each failed conversation with predefined labels with high efficiency and quality
5. Learning chatbot development, testing, and data/chatbot performance analysis
6. Executing custom reporting and analysis to support account teams as needed
7. Collaborating with technical teams to provide insights and analysis based on data
8. Extracting data from systems to create manual and/or automated easy-to-interpret reports as needed
9. Preparing and presenting findings in a deck to stakeholders
10. Continuously improving methods, processes, and automation for bot optimization
