Customer Acquisition Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring new properties or businesses that align with the company's growth objectives.
2. Negotiate purchase terms, including price, deadlines, and other critical conditions, to secure acquisitions on favorable terms.
3. Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions to assess their financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic fit within the company's portfolio.
4. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all acquisition transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Manage relationships with sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets.
