About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales: Reaching out to the existing and potential travellers to help them create tailor-made travel experiences.
2. Handling client requirements: Creating immersive and personalized travel itineraries, finding the best suppliers for a customer, and offering an overall tailor-made experience.
3. Research unique activities and experiences around the country to build up the database for TTW's AI-based software.
4. Set-up projects: Brainstorm new projects or work on existing pipelines to create immersive travel experiences in India.
5. Set up partnerships with various suppliers, whether accommodations, transfers, activities for logistical support, B2B prices, operations, or marketing.
6. Streamlining Operations: Maximised efficiency, customer experience, and profits by streamlining and supervising ongoing projects.

Location: The candidate should be a Delhi NCR resident.

Other requirements

1. Good communication skills: As sales involves interacting with clients, this is a key requirement.

2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities: Sales roles often require convincing potential customers to make a purchase.

3. Comfortable with meeting targets and deadlines: A sales role typically involves achieving specific goals within a certain timeframe.

4. Proactive and self-motivated: Being driven and able to take initiative is important in a sales role.

5. Basic knowledge of CRM tools: Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus.

6. Team player with leadership potential: Collaborative work is essential, but leadership skills can help the candidate stand out.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
