We are currently seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Account Managers - Sales. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and tapping into untapped market segments.
Key responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Utilize various databases and resources to gather information about potential customers and business opportunities
2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and prospects
3. Professional Demeanor: Present a polished and professional image while representing SYS Com in all interactions
4. Sales Calls and Meetings: Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and prospects, as well as proactively schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings
5. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective buyers and target audiences, effectively explaining our services and persuading them to consider our offerings
6. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions
7. Business Development: Actively contribute to the growth and expansion of our client base through strategic business development efforts
8. Performance Incentives: Eligible for performance-based incentives based on achieving set targets and objectives
9. Target Achievement: Daily minimum of 20 visits to various small and medium businesses to promote our services and generate leads
10. Client Registration: Ensure timely and accurate registration of all new clients on our website platform
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
