We're seeking individuals who are truly passionate about shaping the future of startups in India. As part of this job, your main responsibilities will involve studying diverse industries, analyzing startups, and coming up with solutions to various problems.
On a daily basis, you can expect to:
1. Conducting thorough industry, market, and consumer research
2. Decoding the business strategies of startups, understanding their journey, and analyzing their growth paths
3. Evaluating the financial health of companies by analyzing relevant data
4. Engaging in problem-solving initiatives
5. Networking and facilitating calls with experts and customers to support your research
6. Presenting valuable insights to the team/client in a clear and understandable format, both qualitative and quantitative
7. Being a part of building strategies and growth paths for the client
1. You have actively participated in case study competitions, hackathons, and have experience in developing business plans
2. You have collaborated with relatives or friends to establish their startups or engaged in discussions about startups at social gatherings
3. You have a keen interest in entering the consulting industry and have a clear vision of your future in this field
4. You possess strong research skills, especially in the areas of startup business models, industry trends, and consumer research
5. You come from a reputable Tier 1 institution DU/IITs and are seeking growth in a startup environment
6. You have previously completed startup-focused programs and have taken a finance-based course lasting at least 3 months
7. You can collaborate, think on your feet, learn from failures, and take ownership of your work
You are also open to working at client locations in India, including remote areas. Any previous experience in research & financial analysis is a plus.
