We are looking for a motivated 'Appointment Setter' to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial in creating a steady stream of qualified leads for the sales team, enabling them to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers using lead lists provided by the company.
2. Lead qualification: Ask qualifying questions to determine the prospect's interest and fit for our product/service.
3. Appointment scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
4. CRM management: Maintain and update the CRM (Excel) with lead status, notes, and appointment details.
5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but have not scheduled an appointment.
6. Target achievement: Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Excel, scheduling tools Calendly, and spreadsheets.
4. Sales-Oriented: Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively.
5. Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
6. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the team and adapt to new processes.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
