1. Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
2. Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
4. Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for specific roles
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
6. Support recruiters in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related materials
7. Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities, to promote our employer brand and attract top talent
8. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support in recruitment
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required
