About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles such as front desk staff, housekeepers, chefs, event coordinators, and management positions
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the company
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality schools, job boards, and industry-specific recruiting platforms
4. Develop a talent pipeline for future staffing needs by networking at industry events and leveraging social media and referrals
5. Draft and post clear, attractive job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
6. Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and key qualifications for each position
7. Conduct preliminary interviews (phone or in-person) to determine candidate qualifications
8. Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and feedback
9. Manage candidate databases, ensuring that profiles are up-to-date and easily accessible for future roles
10. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates during the hiring process
11. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations
12. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to HR management
13. Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and a strong understanding of the company culture

Requirements: Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in HR and a degree in Hospitality will be preferred.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field

2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry

3. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, its roles, and specific skill requirements

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

6. Familiarity with recruitment tools and software (e.g., ATS systems)
