Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Children and parents who we support to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with the hospitals we work with.
3. Coordinate and manage events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site coordination to ensure successful execution.
3. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Word to create reports, track program progress, and analyze data for insights and improvements.
4. Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of program activities.
6. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
7. Provide support to the Program Manager in all aspects of program coordination and execution.
