About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
2. Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring no conflicts.
3. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other messages, prioritizing communications based on urgency.
4. Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
5. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
6. Assist with the preparation of expense reports, track receipts, and manage the executive's budget.
7. Maintain organized records, both physical and digital, ensuring the confidentiality and security of documents.
8. Monitor and support project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring the executive is on track with key initiatives.
9. Handle personal tasks and errands as requested, balancing both personal and professional responsibilities.
10. Conduct research and compile reports or data needed for executive decision-making.
11. Maintain a high level of discretion, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
12. Make travel arrangements

1. Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.

2. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling or travel software.

3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.

5. Time Management: Ability to manage the executive’s time efficiently, scheduling tasks and meetings with minimal conflict.

6. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

7. Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions.

8. Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

9. Resourcefulness: Handling unexpected situations and providing efficient solutions quickly.

10. Adaptability: Adjusting to changing priorities and working in a dynamic environment.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
