About the Role:
As a UI/UX Graphic Designer at Officiel CRM, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our user interface. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create a visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly experience for our CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into impactful UI/UX designs.
2. Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes for new features and functionalities.
3. Ensure consistency with Officiel CRM's branding guidelines across all interfaces.
4. Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the CRM and user interface design space.
5. Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
6. Work effectively within an agile development environment.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or similar role.
2. Proven track record of creating user-centered designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
3. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A passion for CRM technology and a strong desire to contribute to a growing platform.
Bonus Points:
1. Experience with designing for web applications and/or CRM platforms.
2. Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
3. Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS).
