Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build Tribe's brand presence and attract a diverse audience to our training centers
2. Lead visual design initiatives, ensuring that all marketing materials resonate with our target demographics while maintaining brand consistency
3. Manage and grow Tribe's social media profiles, creating engaging content that inspires and connects with our community
4. Collaborate with the sports training teams to promote our programs, athletes, and events, highlighting the success stories and achievements within our Tribe
5. Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to keep Tribe at the forefront of the sports and fitness industry
