Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the offline center, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning of all activities
2. Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, addressing queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
3. Assist in coordinating schedules, resources, and logistics for faculty members, ensuring smooth conduct of classes, workshops, and events
4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, generating relevant reports as required
5. Monitor and manage inventory, learning materials, and equipment to ensure availability and functionality
6. Collaborate with the events team to organize and execute educational events, workshops, and seminars at the offline center
7. Uphold high-quality standards by conducting periodic evaluations of processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary enhancements
8. Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and management, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, implement security measures, and maintain a safe and secure environment for students and staff
10. Continuously analyze operational workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization, working closely with team members and stakeholders on-site
