NOC Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluate, monitor, and escalate the status of devices installed in the field
2. Configure device IDs and load names received from the field team.
3. Validate receipt of correct data from all meters and sensors.
4. Monitor the status (online/offline) of gateways and meters communication at regular intervals and make voice escalations as per the escalation matrix.
5. Coordinate with the 'Ops & Device' team for the rectification of identified issues in the field.
6. Check alerts and escalate them to the concerned team for rectification.
7. Prepare and share reports on all operational parameters on a daily basis.
8. Validate controller functionality using SOP timings and keep energy leakages to a minimum.
