About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop MIS on key parameters including business, quality, service levels
2. Should be able to liaise with various teams to be able to get all required information
3. Proficient with sales requirements and key impetus' for sales teams
4. Ensure 0% error rate in calculations
5. Publish MIS to keep track of the contests other initiatives
6. Conceptualize communication to maintain high interest and engagement levels
7. Keep track on the performance management parameters - coordinating with IT team to ensure targets etc are uploaded timely
8. Track the data flowing to the sales team vis a vis their targets and achievements

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
