2. Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions and optimise future strategies
3. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events
4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand message
5. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital presence, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
6. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture leads, working closely with the sales team to convert them into clients.
7. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to optimise marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
8. Website Management: Work closely with the website maintenance team to update the content timely.
9. Brand Management: Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and help to build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Experience:
1. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry
2. Experience in digital marketing is essential
