Role: Management Trainee - Sales (US Process)

We are seeking a Management Trainee - Sales (US Process) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the overall expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to move leads through the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and challenges
3. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective business development strategies
4. Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the organization's market position

Requirements:

1. Willing to work 6 days a week and be responsible for the day-to-day activities of your team
2. Willing to work on Night Shift (9 PM - 7 AM)
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Must have a laptop for official purposes
