The position of management trainee shall provide a holistic view of management in the corporate world. This role will involve sales & marketing of some of the leading medical device/ surgical implants in the country to several healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Link business deals with clients (healthcare professionals) through meetings and operation theater attendance to understand product technicalities.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to clients (healthcare professionals).
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
4. Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
6. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
7. Continuously improve through feedback.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. 0-2 years of experience in marketing or sales or related field
2. Highly motivated and target driven
3. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
4. Sound knowledge of MS Office
5. Bachelor’s degree or masters degree, preferably in engineering or science or pharmacy.

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
