About the job

Key responsibilities:

a. Managing Tenant Leads:
1. Engage with tenant leads through various communication channels (phone, email, video calls).
2. Assess tenant requirements and preferences to match them with suitable properties from our inventory.
3. Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and benefits.

b. Facilitating Property Selection:
1. Arrange virtual or in-person property tours and walkthroughs.
2. Address tenant queries and concerns about properties and rental terms.
3. Assist tenants in evaluating their options and making informed decisions.

c. Sales and Relationship Building:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants to foster trust and long-term engagement.
2. Identify and qualify sales opportunities, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
3. Present and demonstrate the value of our properties to drive conversions.

d. Meeting Sales Quotas:
1. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
2. Ensure calling KRAs are met by maintaining a high level of activity and engagement with prospective tenants.
3. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

e. Lead Management:
1. Ensure all tenant leads are well attended to promptly and effectively.
2. Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into satisfied tenants.
3. Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.

f. Customer Support:
1. Provide ongoing support to new tenants, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their rental experience.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges they encounter during the rental process.

e.Liaison with Field Sales and Area Manager Team:
1. Coordinate with the field team to facilitate house visits for prospective tenants.
2. Manage time efficiently to ensure that tenant preferences are matched with available inventory.
3. Ensure smooth coordination between tenant requirements and field team schedules.
4. Address any on-ground issues promptly to ensure a seamless tenant management experience.
