1. Primary: Deliver softskills training sessions, HR Induction, maintaing the training data, monitor the effectiveness of the training, prepare continous development plan for all grades of employees
2. Secondary: Prepare training calender, maintain assessment sheets
3. Functional skills: Accounting and auditing skills, ability to analyze and interpret billing records, basic knowledge of MS- Office
4. Behavioural Skills: Good communication skills, interpersonal skill, good attitude, ability to work in a team
5. Competencies: Should be well conversant with latest training techniques and models
6. Minimum qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation
7. Technical qualifications: Computer knowledge/MS Office
8. Minimum 0 to 3 years in relevant experience
9. Coordination with incharges and ability to work in a team
10. Able to speak in English, Hindi and local language
