We are seeking a dynamic key account manager (KAM) to play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with key clients in the educational sector. The KAM will be responsible for driving sales, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account management:
a. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the education sector.
b. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
c. Regularly engage with clients to discuss their needs, provide product updates, and offer tailored solutions.
2. Sales and revenue growth:
a. Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
b. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
c. Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase market share and revenue.
3. Client onboarding and support:
a. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
b. Provide demonstrations, training, and support to clients on the effective use of our products and services.
c. Monitor client usage and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a key account manager or similar sales role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector (B2B).
3. Strong understanding of the educational landscape and client needs in this space.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Problem-solving attitude, ready to travel, and a never-give-up mindset.
6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools. Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
