As a Junior Recruitment Executive at APSK Production & Entertainment Private Limited, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize various recruiting platforms to source potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
3. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring managers
4. Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in MS-Excel and other databases
6. Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
