You will be a part of our recruiting COE based in Bangalore. The shortlisted and selected candidates will be groomed into the world's best tech recruiters and will be working on APAC-wide projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Resume formatting
2. Candidate research
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
4. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
1. MBA or BBA is preferred but not mandatory
2. Growth mindset is mandatory
3. Excellent communication skill is mandatory
4. Willingness to go above and beyond is needed
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
