You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source potential candidates through various channels, and conduct thorough screenings and assessments to ensure the best fit for each position.
Key responsibilities:
1. Screening and shortlisting resumes from various job portals, social networking sites, references, etc.
2. Contacting candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the client
3. Scheduling the candidates as per the client's requirements
4. Following up with candidates during and after joining
5. Maintaining the database of all the candidates
6. Building professional relationships with clients and candidates and enhance the network
Qualification: Any graduate
Work Days: 2nd & 4th Saturdays off, Sundays fixed off
Timings: 9/10:00:am to 6/7:00:pm
