Junior Product Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 3-4 engineers to develop a collaborative, high-performance culture.
2. Promote engineering best practices, advocating code quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
3. Work in partnership with marketing/sales teams to set priorities for projects according to business requirements and market demand.
4. Dive into real-world problems and break them down into manageable engineering tasks for fast and efficient solutions.
5. Make continuous releases to ensure correctness of production code.
6. Implement and maintain code review processes and comprehensive testing strategies in place to ensure the quality and reliability of the code base.
7. Ensure the documentation of the codebase in current use and promote the creation of good documentation for new code to support knowledge transfer and maintainability.
8. Take part in the recruitment process for the onboarding of engineers if a need arises.

Note: You will not be writing code for this role. You will be managing engineers.
