Junior Operations Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring end-to-end execution of decoration orders.
2. Resolving conflicts, influence, and improvise according to situation.
3. Traveling to the order site within Bengaluru and helping & guiding staff in executing the order.
4. Managing, collecting & procuring items required for each decoration.
5. Managing inventory and ensuring availability of required raw materials for upcoming orders.
6. Ensuring with the help of staff the timely pick up of assets after the party.
7. Meeting customers and visiting new sites for large orders.
8. Search for office spaces required to open new sites & warehouses.
9. Work effectively in fast fast-paced and organized start-up environment.
10. Plan for upcoming orders and arrange for required prints and work with vendors to ensure fulfillment
11. Managing operations staff end to end and their hiring.
12. Managing required permissions for smooth entry and coordinating with the sales team.
