Junior HR Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update candidate records.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by organizing orientation sessions and collaborating with departments to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
4. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports as needed.
5. Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and handling employee inquiries to ensure timely and accurate support.
6. Manage HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as employment laws and regulations.
7. Support in resolving employee issues and inquiries, offering guidance on company policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
8. Assist in organizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, including team events and activities, to promote a cohesive and motivated workforce.
