Junior Design Engineer Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop products using AutoCAD software.
2. Conduct engineering analysis and simulations.
3. Manage design projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
4. Prepare and maintain design documentation.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create high-quality design assets.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with production requirements and user needs.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in the fall protection industry with a focus on safety product design. proficiency in AutoCAD software.
2. Proficiency in advanced MS. Excel tools.
3. Familiarity with creating design solutions for fall protection equipment.
4. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
5. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering, or equivalent.
6. 1-2 years of experience in the design engineering field, preferably in the fall protection industry.
7. Certification or training in AutoCAD or relevant design software.
8. Proven work experience in AutoCAD designing & advanced Excel sheet handling.
