We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance 'Sales Executive' to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling insurance investment plans and possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for insurance investment plans.
2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products and investment plans tailored to clients' financial goals.
3. Provide detailed product information, address client queries, and guide them through the application and policy issuance process.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in selling insurance investment plans.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
3. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Graduates are required.
6. Immediate joiners preferred.
Working hours: 6 Days a week
Salary: Up to 30k CTC
Experience: Insurance sales experience preferred
