About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact that a potential customer will connect with, via call, email, or any other means of communication
2. Effectively manage calls and explain them about our organization
3. Understanding customer s needs and answering their query accurately
4. Provide valid and complete information to customers
5. Keep records of customer interactions and maintain database
6. Take regular follow-up with customers on the payments and closing the deals
