They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Key responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for ongoing and future open positions
2. Sourcing candidates through online job portals
3. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
4. Organizing and ensuring smooth conduction of interviews
5. Overseeing the entire process of interviewing and selecting
6. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
7. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
8. Making the final job offer to the selected candidates
9. Handling the onboarding process for new hires
10. Helping HR team in other operational work
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Freshers are preferred who are willing to work from office.
