Qualifications:
1. Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in HR are welcome.
2. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask, organize, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with any HR tools is a plus.
