As an HR Executive at Techdome, you will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to various aspects of human resource management to support the organization's goals and objectives. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions within a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience
3. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software
5. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
