As an HR associate, you should be able to handle and manage the department's budgets. Prior work experience as an HR associate or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stress efficiently
Key responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and manage the performance of each employee and play a crucial role in their promotion.
2. Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
3. Train and orient the new employees about office policies and procedures.
4. Devise training programs for the employees and make arrangements.
5. Maintain the office budget and record all expenses.
6. Hold meetings with the senior management to review the performance of the company and the staff.
7. Involve in the meetings that the management conducts about the organization's policies and the steps that it plans to take for its strategic development.
8. Assign and regulate clerical and secretarial functions.
9. Resolve disputes in the office.
10. Formulate and implement HR strategies.
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in any related field.
2. Good command of English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
3. Excellent management skills including planning, budgeting, and supervising of staff.
4. Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results.
5. Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
