Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with department heads and senior management to support the company s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance
2. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
8. Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
9. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
10. Professional HR certification is a plus
