We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and learning & development. This role offers the opportunity to shape our organizational culture, ensure smooth operations, and promote a positive work environment that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent acquisition & management
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring timely role fulfillment.
- Collaborate with managers to create and update job descriptions.

2. Employee onboarding & engagement
- Manage onboarding processes and employee engagement activities.
- Act on survey feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

3. Performance management & appraisal
- Define and track KPIs with department heads.
- Support performance appraisals and feedback collection via HRMS.

4. Compliance & policy management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct audits and update policies as needed.

5. Employee relations & conflict resolution
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Track issues and resolutions through HRMS.

6. Learning & development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Monitor training outcomes and employee progress.

Job Title: HR Analyst Trainee
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Department: Human Resources
Stipend: 30,000/month (during Probation Period)
Compensation Post-Confirmation: 7 LPA (upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period)

Other requirements

Skills & Competencies:

o Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

o Experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or similar software.

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

o Proven track record of improving employee engagement, retention, and performance.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

o Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
