As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization to fulfill our client's requirements. Key responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and job boards)
2. Screen resumes and job applications
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring team
5. Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings
6. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
1. MBA/Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, B.Tech or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
