Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality graphics for mobile and web use
2. Design social media graphics, marketing collaterals, illustrations, and logos
3. Apply knowledge of typography, color theory, logo design, image selection, layouts, grids, templates, and graphic design principles
4. Design creatives for digital marketing, including social media posts, ad campaigns, blog post images, and infographics related to programming
5. Use Adobe Premier or equivalent editing software for graphic designing (an advantage)
6. Manage multiple projects and deliver work on time
7. Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials like social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements
8. Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and visually appealing videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
9. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and maintain viewer engagement
10. Demonstrate excellent illustration and Photoshop skills
11. Possess an eye for great design and color
12. Be proactive and generate new ideas
13. Develop concepts from initial idea to final production

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 1-year of proven experience working as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
2. Must have bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
4. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing skills, with examples of successful digital marketing campaigns
5. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition principles
6. Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
